You have made some amazing progress with your health but like all of us there is room for improvement.
One of the first things I would recommend is that you increase your vegetable intake.
You have made a great start by including 1-2 vegetables a day into your diet but by adding 5+ a day you will see a huge difference in your health now and in the future.
